Frank is absolutely everything and more what my friends have been saying for years. I’ve never been good to my skin, but recently decided it’s time to start taking better care of it since I’m not spring chicken anymore. Frank helped me understand what my skin needs are and put me on a regimen and the results are unbelievable. I didn’t like it, I loved it! I have been going to Urban Retreat for 4 years now and not only has he helped my body with healing but my mind and soul as well. In 2008 I started going to Urban Retreat for massage on a weekly basis, it has truly changed my life. The loving experienced hands of the therapist have increased my flexibility, mobility, and greatly reduced my stress level. Last year I began my skin care treatments here. I can not express what a great change there has been in my skin. I can not live without my collagen induction therapy and PCA peels. Ladies this care has literally taken at least a decade off my face. Don’t wait book a appointment now. Whether it is for massage or skin care this is the place to go. Also for the younger girls suffering with Acne, Frank will help you. My 19 daughters face has finally cleared up after a disastrous few years coping with breakouts.

This place is so amazing. I have been coming here for almost 2 years. Frank is truly gifted in whatever type of massage you are looking for. I’ve had the avazzia treatments for chronic back pain and it is a miracle how good you feel afterwards. Urban retreat is spotless and zen.
