May be used before or after shampooing. Rub desired amount to palm of hand and apply to ends of hair and comb through.
For a more intense treatment massage oil from scalp to ends of hair & wrap a towel for 30 mins or more.
Before hot yoga or excercise classes, or outdoor activities requiring heat protection apply prior and if possible comb, pull or braid hair and leave in during the activity time.
